In a bid to cut down on the illegal border crossing activity, a group of New Jersey lawmakers plans to bring a bill to Congress in October that would provide Viagra for Americans who are not approved for entry into the country.

S. citizen in order to bring a prescription drug to the state, or to be admitted to a U. hospital for treatment of a medical condition that is not listed on the drug label. The bill would also require that the U. government pay a "reasonable retail price" of $65, the maximum import price for a person's prescription that would be allowed for entry into the country, as well as an additional $20 to the retail price of $60 for a person's prescription that would be allowed for entry into the country. The bill would also require that the drug manufacturer or distributor pay a "reasonable retail price" of $20 to the U. government for the drug in order to bring it to the United States.
The bill's sponsors, Rep. Mariann Hofer, a Democratic state representative in the Legislature and former chair of the Senate Natural Resources Committee, Rep. John D. Durham, a Republican state representative in the Legislature and former chair of the House Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Rep. Jim McDermott, a Democrat in the State Senate, said they want to see the bill as part of a broader trend toward expanding the reach of U. citizens in order to avoid being overwhelmed by the influx of illegal border crossing agents.
"I think they'll be able to bring that drug to the U. and to the states. If they can bring it into the U. S., there's going to be an entire movement of people and their families that will bring that drug across the border and be a part of that movement," Hofer said.
The bill would require that the U. government pay a "reasonable retail price" of $65, the maximum import price for a person's prescription that would be allowed for entry into the country, and an additional $20 to the retail price of $60 for a person's prescription that would be allowed for entry into the country.
The bill's sponsors said that while it would eliminate U. laws that would limit the amount of drug a person can bring to the U. or could bring to a state, it would also remove an additional $20 that would be allowed for entry into the country.
The drug manufacturers, including Pfizer, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Eli Lilly and Pfizer, and Eli Lilly and Company, have been accused of shipping illegal drugs to the U. and importing drugs that are not listed on the drug label. The states that have similar legislation to allow drug manufacturers to import drugs into the U. are Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and West Virginia.
While Hofer and Durham are against the bill, they said they are trying to get to the bottom of the issue that could be causing the nation's drug prices to fall, and that is the issue that has been going on for the last several years.
